About

A practice rooted in presence.

Hi, I'm Florence. As a former dancer, I found Pilates and felt immediately at home. The precision, the breath, the way it builds strength gently from the inside out — it all echoed what I'd loved about dance, with a mindfulness that felt entirely new.

Now I'm completing my 450-hour certification with Club Pilates under the guidance of a Master Trainer, and I'm building FloCore Studio to share what I've found. Expect sessions that are warm and focused, with a little French directness — because real progress comes from care, consistency, and a bit of honest accountability.

The Mark

A breath, a core, a return.

The FloCore mark is shaped by three simple gestures — inhale rising on the left, exhale releasing on the right, and the still center where the two meet.

It's a reminder that every practice — and every session together — begins with breath and returns to the core.
